Tumbling Director and Cheer Coach
Hi, I’m Coach Milton, originally from Colombia I’ve been working in the Cheerleading industry since 2007 in Latin America, New Zealand and now here in Australia.
I had competed with BCA IOC7 (Bogota Cheer Athletics International Open Coed Level 7) numerous times, reaching first place at Nationals more then once, and placed second in The Cheerleading Worlds 2013. I won the award of best University coach in Colombia in 2012, and also participated as coach at UCA Championship in United States in 2014, 2015, and 2016 where my IASF U16 Level 3 team placed 3rd, 4th, and 2nd respectively.
My goal at Aussie Gems is to help all our family to reach their full potential in a safe and friendly environment.

Hi, I’m coach Tolisi!
I have been a part of the Cheer Industry for 10 years and have loved being able to share my passion and help others find theirs!
Cheerleading is so much more than just a sport, it has taught me so much about diligence, cooperation, and confidence which has helped shape me into the coach I am today! As a cheer coach at Aussie gems, I strive to create a fun, friendly environment for athletes as well as also helping them to find their own confidence whilst also teaching them the importance of working hard and working as a team which I look forward to doing this year!!
Coach Carlos

Hi, I'm coach Carlos.
I am from Colombia and I have been in cheerleading since 2002. I've worked in different countries such as the United States, Panama and Colombia, obtaining great achievements and recognition, among which I have left my mark as founder of a recognised club for more then 13 years which is still active in Colombia. I was director of the program of collegiate cheerleaders and pioneer in national events in Panama for more then 3 years.
Now I am here, providing the best of me for the Aussie Gems family and sharing and coaching the best of cheerleading.
Coach Steph

Hi I'm coach Steph!
I started gymnastics at the age of 3, competing for 12 years. On my last year, I was selected to compete in the Australian team for the Maccabiah Games in Israel.
That same year I moved to cheerleading where I competed for 9 years and coached for 13 years.
I competed at 3 World Championships, one of them being with Team Australia where we placed 2nd. In 2013 I was accepted into The California Allstars and moved to the USA for a year to train and compete with them.
While I was coaching I took teams around Australia as well as to California, Hawaii, Texas and 3 World Championships in Florida.
I have now been coaching tumbling at Aussie Gems for just over a year and am excited to join the cheer family.

Hi I'm coach Cata!
I have completed a degree in physical education, and I've practiced cheerleading for 15 years. I've been a coach for more than 8 years and I love to teach and seeing the kids learn to appreciate the sport, and love the sport.

Hi, I'm Coach Sophia
I am so looking forward to coaching this year and help athletes achieve their goals. I have been part of the All Star Cheerleading industry for 10 years now and at Aussie gems since 2020. I have been selected into multiple teams, competing internationally from The Global Games to The Cheerleading World Championships and Summit. I have won nationals multiple times and look forward to supporting athletes, not only get new skills but also grow in confidence and teamwork. As a coach I hope to continue Aussie Gems nurturing environment and help athletes be the best version of themselves.
