Drop-0ff and Pick up

  • Drop off is any time between 8am to 9am. Activities for the day will not start until 9am and the kids will get the chance to free play until then.

    When dropping off please make sure you sign them in on the sign in sheet at the front.

  • Pick up is any time from 3pm to 3.30pm.

    At pick up please give the name or names of who you are picking up to one our staff and we will retrieve the children and bring them to the front. Please ensure you sign them out on the sign out sheet at the front. After 3.30pm you will be charged $1 per minute late. Please ensure you are on time.

    If you are picking up earlier, please let us know, as the kids will be doing activities right up until 3pm and as they will be split into groups it will help us retrieve them quicker.

  • Yes, that is absolutely fine. Just at drop off you can write this in the notes section or just let us know over the phone or via email.

General

  • We provide morning tea and lunch, so food does not need to be brought for the day. They will just need a water bottle for the day, we do also have bubbler on site.

    It is recommended the children wear comfortable clothes, such as a t-shirt and shorts, anything they would be comfortable moving around in.

  • Yes. We can provide an alternate lunch if your child is unable eat the lunch for the day. We have gluten free options and alternate options that can be made on the day.

    If you child as allergy, please make sure receives a wristband at drop off.

  • Yes, they can. We create the different groups on the day, so at drop off there will be someone assigned each child into a group, just mentioned this at this time and they then can be placed in the same group.

  • We can consider children aged 4 to join. If the child struggles throughout the day or gets upset however, we will call and asked for them to be picked up and we could not provide a refund for the day.

  • The kids with rotate through a variety of activities, including ninja, gymnastics, the scheduled craft for the day, games, tumbling and trampoline. They will be placed into groups and each group will rotate through each activity throughout the day.

CAncellations, Refunds, payments and attendance

  • 9. Do you accept any voucher for the holiady program?

  • We cannot provide refunds under any circumstances.

    If you wish to change the day of attendance 2 days’ notice is required to reschedule.

  • If you child is sick and can no longer attend due to an unexpected medical condition or illness, please send us an email at info@aussiegems.com.au along with a medical certificate or proof of illness (including COVID). We can then provide a credit for you to use.
