WAG (Women’s Artistic Gymnastics) is a dynamic sport that combines strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. Athletes train across four apparatus — vault, bars, beam, and floor — while developing fundamental gymnastics skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Classes focus on skill progression, technique, fitness, and building confidence, whether athletes are training recreationally or working towards competitions.
At Aussie Gems, we focus on creating a positive family environment where every athlete feels supported throughout their journey. Our programs encourage personal growth, confidence, teamwork, and progression through the levels, helping athletes achieve their goals while building lifelong friendships and a love for the sport.

Trampoline and Tumbling at Aussie Gems includes Double Mini Tramp, Tumbling, and Big Tramp, offering athletes a fast-paced and exciting way to develop strength, power, coordination, and aerial awareness. Athletes learn and refine skills such as jumps, twists, flips, and acrobatic combinations across all three disciplines, progressing safely through structured levels.
At Aussie Gems we offer various levels for our competitive squads, from development to international!
